Terms of Service

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use this App.

By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate their account.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you signify your agreement to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines posted on the App.

The App provides a platform for social connection, dating, and event sharing within the Chicagoland community. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.

To access the App, you are required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account and be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
• Age Verification: All users are required to complete a photo ID age verification before gaining full access to the App. You must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a state driver's license or state ID card) along with a matching selfie. Accepted IDs include those issued by Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Your submitted documents are reviewed by our proprietary Age Validation System and, where necessary, by an administrator. Access will not be granted until verification is successfully completed. Submitting fraudulent or altered documents is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the App, or transmit to other users. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

As a dating and sexual education application intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
• Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.
• Using the App for any commercial solicitation purposes without our prior written consent.
• Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Sharing any content that involves, depicts, or exploits individuals under the age of 18.

Content created and published by Chicagoland Fisting Men — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations produced by us — is the property of Chicagoland Fisting Men and protected by international copyright laws. Content created and posted by users (including profile photos, gallery images, bios, and other personal content) remains the personal property of the respective user. By posting content on the App, users grant Chicagoland Fisting Men a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Chicagoland Fisting Men, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (I) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (II) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (III) any content obtained from the App; and (IV) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Specifically:

• We will never sell your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.
• We will never share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any outside organizations.
• Documents and images submitted for age verification (including photo IDs and selfies) are used solely for the purpose of confirming your eligibility to use the App and are not shared, distributed, or used for any other purpose.
• Your data may only be disclosed if required by law or a valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena), and only to the minimum extent necessary.
• Your personal information, images, and content will never be used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI system — by us or any third party. This is an absolute and unconditional commitment.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
